Selenium is an essential trace element that is part of more than 200 enzymes and hormones and is involved in the functioning of all organs and systems of the body. It supports the health of the heart, blood vessels, thyroid gland, liver, brain, and skin, and also strengthens the immune system. Selenium is a powerful antioxidant that helps prevent premature cellular aging, promotes cell regeneration, and protects against the harmful effects of free radicals.

Composition:
Active ingredient — Selenium (22 µg per capsule)
Excipients — Gelatin, erythritol, pregelatinized starch

Indications for use:
Recommended as an additional source of selenium in cases of chronic fatigue, weakened immunity, cardiovascular diseases (ischemic heart disease, heart attack, angina), gastrointestinal disorders (gastritis, colitis, ulcer), skin diseases (psoriasis, dryness, pigmentation spots), allergies, bronchitis, asthma, vision problems, thyroid disorders, and risk of oncological diseases.

Dosage and administration:
Adults — 2 capsules once a day with warm water
Children aged 7–17 — 1 capsule once a day
It is recommended to take together with vitamin E to enhance the effect.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product is not a medicinal product. Not recommended for people living in areas with high selenium content.
