Tiens “Orecare” Toothpaste helps to strengthen tooth enamel, eliminate microcracks, increase acid resistance of teeth, and prevent the development of cavities. It has a local anti-inflammatory effect, provides fresh breath, and helps in the prevention of periodontal disease. It protects the gums, teeth, and oral tissues from harmful microorganisms, eliminates gum bleeding and pain, and normalizes the oral microbiota. It is a local source of nutrients and has an anti-tumor effect (prevention of oral cancer, especially important for smokers). It also has a good whitening effect due to the presence of polishing agents made of soft silica.

Usage:
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Brush your teeth in the morning and evening for at least three minutes, massaging the gums gently (be careful not to damage them). If possible, additionally brush your teeth after every meal.
